THIS IS AN INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: All items sell as is, where is with any and all faults or flaws. Items sell with no warranty stated or implied.


STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00 pm CST The first item will begin to close at 7:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 30 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes when ever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. 


PAYMENT: Payment MUST be made at end of auction. We accept cash, check ($30.00 returned check fee) and credit/debit (5%  convenience fee) on location or paypal or square invoice. If paying through paypal or square please notify us and we will invoice you.



LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders must pick their items up.  If you do not pick up & pay for your items, you will no longer be allowed to bid on our auctions.  Pickup/date times are: Monday August 27, 2018,  11:00 am - 3:00 pm and Tuesday August 28, 2018 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Jersey County Auctions or seller is not responsible for any accidents or injuries while loading! 


AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase.

 

NO BUYER'S PREMIUM! a 5% convenience fee will be charged for all credit/debit card purchases.

 
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover (with a 5% convenience fee), personal check with proper ID, & cash. Payment must be made when items are picked up or prior to pickup. If we have never done business with you before you will have to be approved for any purchase over 500.00 


WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly. If you place a max bid, be prepared to pay what you bid because people bidding at the last minute can drive the bidding up. Some people bid the same amount and the first bid takes precedence. 


CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.

Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Jersey County Auctions reserve the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding.
